One thing that sets us apart from other travel advisors is that we begin with customized itineraries based on your preferences.
1. Once you contact us, we will ask you to complete a free travel profile so that we can see your travel preferences. This includes information about how you like to travel, what airline or hotel preferences you have, etc.
2. After we review the travel profile we will contact you by phone to talk about the profile and what your expectations and budget are for your trip. From there, we will design your customized itinerary, and present it to you within 5-7 days.
3. Once we return the itinerary to you, you review it, make a list of questions, and then we will talk again on the phone to make sure we have all the information about when and how you want to travel. Then we will begin the booking process for your trip!
We do charge a small fee for the itineraries, since it involves work on our end to do the travel research for you. See below for 2025-26 pricing. Pricing is based on the length of travel.
| $5 per day to research transportation during your trip. This includes airline flights, busses, trains, taxis, rental cars, boats, etc. | $5 per day to research hotels during your trip. This includes hotels, AirBnBs or VRBO rentals, etc. | $5 per day to research restaurants and eateries during your trip. | $5 per day to research attractions and things to do in the area(s) you will be staying during your trip. This includes tours that you are interested in. | An additional $10 fee will be added for each additional location you choose to travel to after your first destination. |
If you choose for us to research all of these items for you, the cost for the itinerary will be reduced from $20 to $17 per day.
If we book hotels for you, you will receive 5% off the cost your itinerary, in addition to the reduced rate if you choose to let us do all the research for you.
There are no fees for cruise or Disney itineraries (If you stay on Disney property), however if you would like us to help you plan a few days before or after these vacations, we can do so at a flat fee of $10 per day.
